Jude Anasta moved to the U.S. from Haiti at age 11. By age 15, he co-founded his first company. That’s when he fell in love with being an entrepreneur. He finished a business degree within three years from the State University of New York College at Cortland with a major in International Business and minor in French.

Today, Anasta is the CEO and co-founder of Madhat, Inc. His business partner is Corey Burr. “Being a young Haitian tech entrepreneur with no technical background is not easy. From my experiences, I’ve learned to be persistent no matter what the outcome and see each experience as a stepping stone toward something greater,” he said.

Anasta learned how-to box with Mike Tyson’s former trainer before moving on to build several business ventures, extracting valuable lessons from each hurdle. Anasta seeks to inspire and motivate others who would like to follow a similar path of hard work and dedication. His passion is inherent and he is eager to share it, he said.
