Business Spotlight: HERO provides 24/7 emergency response for Haiti


HERO provides access in Haiti to emergency services with Paramedics and Rescue Specialists from the United States. These professionally trained Rescue Specialists, Paramedics, and Haitian EMTs will respond via specially equipped ambulance, motorcycles, or aircraft, depending on distance and traffic conditions. Insurance does not provide Emergency 911-type services for you in Haiti.

HERO Client Rescue is the only crisis response and risk management company in Haiti.

The company is a professional 24 hour multi-lingual call center dispatch, with a partner network including rapid response medical, security, ambulance transport, remote rescue, and international evacuation services for individuals, corporations, governments and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Haiti.

It has partnered medical providers service all areas within Haiti, dispatched from its headquarters in Port-au-Prince, and provides a comprehensive network of rescue support throughout the country. Immediate ground response is available within Port-au-Prince via quick response motorcycle and ambulance. Air transport is available from all 15 outlaying airports, and non-immediate ground recovery is available in all other areas of Haiti and coastal waters.
